- Almond - 1 cup
- Green chilies - 4-5
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Butter - 1-2 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1/2 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1/2 tablespoon
- Dry chilies - 1-2
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Soak the almonds overnight
- Peel the almonds
- Add almonds, ginger, green chilies to a blender
- Add water to make a soft paste
- Add butter in a hot pan
- Add mustard until splutters
- Add cumin, curry leaves, dry chilies and sauté well
- Add soft paste to the pan and stir well
- Serve with dosa and idli
